Florida mortgage lender, Inlanta, has new ways to help FHA, VA, and USDA home buyers qualify for government-backed loan programs, even if they have less-than-perfect credit, or in some cases, no credit rating.
“We know that people are more than their credit score,” said Jonathan Arnold, a branch manager and loan originator with Inlanta. “There are people who have never missed a payment, but come in with 581 credit scores.
